This video was published in November, 2017 on Cleveland.com that is an interview of a man talking about his addiction to heroin. Worth listening to. I know Smitty and his struggles. The last time I saw him, I gave him a ride and bought him two packs of cigarettes since he was off to treatment the next day. I hope he is OK.
